We want you to love your accessories. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable. International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Unworn, no creasing or added holes
  • Buckle protection intact, original packaging included

Scarves

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrance or lint
  • All labels and packaging intact

Sunglasses

  • Unused frames and lenses without scratches
  • Case, cleaning cloth, and authenticity materials included
  • Security or manufacturer stickers/films intact

Shoes

  • Unworn (try on over a clean, soft surface)
  • Original box and dust bags included
  • All tags intact; no outsole wear

How to return

  1. Request your return

    Submit your order details below or email us at [email protected]. You’ll receive a prepaid label if you’re in the contiguous US.

  2. Prepare your package

    Place items in original packaging with all accessories, booklets, and tags. Use an outer shipping box to protect branded boxes or cases.

  3. Ship within 7 days

    Affix the return label and drop off at the specified carrier. Keep the receipt with tracking number.

  4. Inspection & refund

    Once received, we’ll inspect your item(s). Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for prioritized assistance.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Do you offer holiday extended returns?

Yes. Orders placed between Nov 1 and Dec 31 are returnable through Jan 31 of the following year, subject to standard eligibility.

Can I return in‑store?

At this time, returns are processed by mail only. For assistance, email us or submit the form above.

Are international returns accepted?

Yes. International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes. Mark the shipment as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid delays.

When will I receive my refund?

After your parcel is delivered to our return center, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Will I be charged restocking fees?

No restocking fees apply if the return meets our condition guidelines.
